Primrose Holiday Cottage

Is the annex to the farmhouse and sleeps 2 & has a sofa bed in the bedroom. This cottage is large enough to comfortable accommodate 2 adults and 2 children with plenty of room for a travel cot as well if required. This conversion from an outhouse is very cosy and is arranged as follows - on the ground floor a  fully equipped kitchen, separate living and dining areas and bathroom. The first floor bedroom is deceptively spacious and contains a large four-poster, 2 seater sofa bed as well as adequate room for the cot. This cottage also offers fridge/freezer, microwave, TV,  cd player, radio/tape/cd player, and washing machine.

Please note we do not allow smoking in any of the cottages.

All prices include bed linen, heating, towels and electricity. Short breaks are available out of season over Christmas & the New Year.

Dates and Prices for 2009-10

*Christmas 2010 for all cottages is from Wednesday December 23rd for a week or part of. New year is from Wednesday 30th December for a week or part of. We are Happy to offer short break rates over this period.

Short breaks are charged at the following rates based off the weekly price:
3 nights 65%
4 nights 75%
5 nights 85%

Please note: we take dogs in the cottages at £20 per week per dog max 2 dogs and this is subject to prior agreement.
