Jasmine Holiday Cottage

Jasmine cottage has been thoughtfully converted from a barn and offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people with the option of a travel cot. The ground floor is arranged to provide a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen - including a dishwasher, separate dining and living areas. The family bathroom and two further bedrooms are located on the first floor comprising of twin and double with a four-poster bed. The cottage has central heating and is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, dvd player, and radio/tape/cd player. The cottage also benefits from views of the North Devon countryside.

Please note we do not allow smoking in any of the cottages.

All prices include bed linen, heating, towels and electricity. Short breaks are available out of season over Christmas & the New Year.

Short breaks are charged at the following rates based off the weekly price:
3 nights 65%
4 nights 75%
5 nights 85%

Please note: we take dogs in the cottages at £20 per week per dog max 2 dogs and this is subject to prior agreement.
